Build a personal brand that holds more of you
Embodied Visioning is a 4-week creative mentorship combining somatic work, identity exploration, and brand strategy to help you connect your many interests—and start building your next big project.
You want to be seen. But you don’t want to be boxed in.
You know that sharing your work could help you find your people, grow your business, and create opportunities.
But every time you try to explain what you do, something gets left out.
Which part of yourself should you lead with? What if your interests don’t seem related? What if you build a whole brand around something you eventually outgrow?
So you keep pivoting your vision. Rewriting your bio. Talking through another idea with ChatGPT with no follow through.
It’s hard to make yourself visible when you’re afraid visibility will lock you into one version of yourself.
That’s why Embodied Visioning gives you space to explore who you’re becoming and practice letting that person be seen within a small, intentional group of supportive creatives.
Finally answer the question:
“Where is this all going?”
Your backstory. Your expertise & oddly specific skills. The niché subcultures you’re a part of. The things that make you angry, turn you on, or make you think, Why isn’t anyone doing something about this?
There are clues in all of it.
Together, we’ll look for the thread connecting your interests and begin developing your thesis question: the question about the world that your work keeps circling.
Your writing, your business, your art, and your community projects can become different ways of exploring it.
Then, you’ll start treating your personal brand like a lab where you’ll refine your voice and get feedback on what the world needs you to create.
After Embodied Visioning,
you’ll be able to define:
-
Explore what you want your work to make possible, who it’s for, and how your many interests could contribute.
-
Connect your experiences, skills, and perspective so you can explain what you do without flattening yourself into a generic title.
-
Develop a question you can return to when you’re pulled in 5,000 directions—and use it to help decide how to refine your messaging.
-
Explore your voice and design your visual world with exercises I use with my clients as a brand strategist. Give yourself permission to try on new archetypes without having to declare, This is who I am forever.
-
By intentionally tuning into your body, you’ll become a channel for creative downloads. You’ll start noticing what you’re drawn toward, what feels forced, and where you’ve been editing yourself to meet other people’s expectations.
90-minute visioning sessions to help you refine what you want to create— while also moving through your fears around visibility.
What’s it like inside Embodied Visioning?
We’ll work on your brand positioning and creative direction— while also practicing the identity you want to take with you into this next phase. Because you can write a beautiful brand statement and still freeze when it’s time to post or pitch yourself. This mentorship will help you hold a strong vision for what you’re building, while also giving you permission to experiment.
In-depth identity & world-building exercises to connect your backstory, interests, skills, audience, and vision.
Future-self meditations & somatic journeys to explore what you want beyond what you think you should want.
Reflection prompts & visibility assignments that move your ideas into experiments you can actually try.
Intentional Community of multi-hyphenate, creative entrepreneurs that support you in sharing your voice.
I’m Kell—a brand strategist, embodiment teacher, and creative who’s reinvented myself more than once.
I’m a multi-hyphenate entrepreneur to my core.
I ran a yoga studio for six years. I worked in brand marketing for five years. But eventually, everything started feeling uninspired.
Once I shut down my studio, quit my marketing job, and gave up the “chill yoga girl” persona that everyone around me was used to, I started exploring different parts of myself.
One of the first things I did was start posting content.
My social media became a mirror for the person I was becoming.
Creating and sharing helped me figure out what I believed, find people who connected with it, and eventually led me to create my own unique embodiment practice, Fem Flow.
But I didn’t want another project to become my whole identity.
So I began organizing my work around a question:
What would the world be like if more people let themselves be felt, expressed, and seen?
I could explore this question through movement, writing, brand design, and gathering people on a dance floor. My work had a direction—and I had room to keep reinventing myself.
That’s the approach I bring to Embodied Visioning: brand strategy, embodied exploration, and the understanding that sometimes you need to just try on an identity before you know it’s for you.
