I’m Kell—a brand strategist, embodiment teacher, and intense AF manifesting generator who knows what it feels like to tear your life apart and reinvent yourself.
I ran a yoga studio for six years. But eventually, I started feeling creatively uninspired. I wanted to scream, dance, play, and let my emotions run free.
Once I shut down my studio and gave up the “chill yoga girl” persona that everyone around me was used to, I started exploring different parts of myself.
One of the first things I did was start posting content.
My social media became a mirror for the person I was becoming.
Sharing helped me discover what I thought, what I cared about, and what I wanted to create next that other people would also resonate with. My creative channel opened back up, and this is when my original embodiment practice, FemFlow, flourished.
But I didn’t want another creative project to become my whole identity.
So I started organizing my work around a question:
What would the world be like if more people let their emotions be felt, expressed, and seen?
